In this blog, we will give you a complete low-down on the buying process for a Wynn and answer all the possible queries around them.

Yulu Wynn is a revolutionary electric vehicle that offers easy mobility to people of all ages. It is a digital-first EV that leverages technology to offer industry-first features like truly-keyless access and instant family-sharing. Not only that, Wynn is a Low Speed EV (LSEV). So it has many advantages of its own- like it doesn’t need registration or the rider to have a driving license, that a traditional vehicle wouldn’t have. 

So, who is Wynn for?

Wynn is a personal mobility EV, custom-built by us, to make urban mobility seamless and suitable for all ages. Wynn is for everyone, be it a college going student, everyday rider, a homemaker, or an elderly rider. 

How can I book Wynn?

You can pre-book Yulu Wynn through the Yulu app or online @ buy.yulu.bike. 

On the app> Go to the Menu> Click on Buy Wynn > Click on Book Now >Fill Your Details & a Yulu serviceable Pin Code > Select Wynn color you want & add your Delivery Address > Make the Booking Payment 

On the Website> Click on Book Now > Enter mobile No. & generate OTP > Fill Your Details & a Yulu serviceable Pin Code > Select Wynn color you want & add Delivery Address > Make the Booking Payment

You just have to pay a fully refundable booking amount of INR 999. Once your Wynn is ready to be delivered, we will contact you regarding different payment options you can choose from, and shortly thereafter the Wynn will be delivered at your doorstep. You can also make the full payment for Wynn in the Order Status page anytime before delivery.

What are the different payment options I have?

All standard payment methods including Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay, Paytm, UPI, Debit & Credit cards, App Wallets, Net Banking, etc, are accepted. 

But what if I want to test-ride Wynn? 

You can test-ride Wynn at one of our Wynn Experience Points (WEPs). You can go to our website buy.yulu.bike and go to the ‘Test Ride’ section. Check out the locations where the test rides are being offered and get map directions for reaching the same.

When can I expect to have my Wynn delivered?

Pretty soon! We will be starting doorstep delivery of Wynn by end-May on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

But what if I change my mind about buying a Wynn after I have paid the booking amount?

Worry not. Your INR 999/- booking deposit is fully refundable, and will be returned back to you in case you decide to cancel. You can consider buying Wynn again at a later date!

How to cancel Wynn booking?

You can cancel your Wynn Booking by going to your Order Status page in the Yulu App, and clicking on “Request Cancellation”. Alternatively, you can connect with Yulu customer support to request cancellation. After order cancellation, your booking amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days based on the mode of your transaction. 

Can I book Wynn in-person?

Yes, you can test-ride and book Wynn in-person at one of our Wynn Experience Points (WEPs). However, the booking can be made online only. Our sales executive at the WEP will assist you on the steps you need to follow to make the online booking.

How can I check the status of my Wynn order?

We will regularly update and communicate the status of your Wynn order through mail, SMS and Yulu app. 

What is the Wynn Mobility Subscription Pack?

Yulu’s Smart Mobility Packs are a revolutionary new way to own an electric scooter. The packs give you freedom from making upfront payment for vehicle batteries as well as saves you from the ever-decreasing vehicle range as the battery ages. Smart Mobility Packs allow you to subscribe for swappable battery service where you can choose and pay for a pack basis your riding requirements. Wynn Mobility Subscription Packs are fulfilled through Yuma network of battery swapping stations. With Wynn, we are simplifying battery ownership. 

So, how much range does a Wynn give?

Wynn has an IDC range of 68 kms on full charge. 

What kind of accessories can I buy for Wynn?

We have a range of accessories that will enhance your riding experience of the Wynn. From a home charger to rear-view mirrors, a center stand, rear carrier, to a mobile holder and ISI-marked helmets. You can check the Wynn website (buy.yulu.bike) for more details. 

Are there financing and EMI options to buy?

Yes, there are multiple EMI and financing options for Wynn based on your down-payment and EMI tenure. We also have options like Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and tie-up with Yes Bank for financing with attractive interest rates 

What is the Wynn Service schedule? 

In the first year, Wynn has three scheduled free services – at 1,000 km, 5,000 km and 10,000 km. Post the first year, Wynn can be scheduled for periodic paid services.
